Bargain is the trading name of the project operating thebargainapp.com, admin.thebargainapp.com and app.thebargainapp.com. The company name, tax number, address and Commercial Registry details are pending confirmation after incorporation and will be added in the final review. Bargain connects hospitality venues with consumers and supports offer publication, reservation, payment and redemption. General site access is open; some functions require an account or valid onboarding invitation.

Users must use the service lawfully and must not access another person’s account, interfere with the platform, introduce harmful code, bypass controls or infringe third-party rights.

The Bargain brand, design, text and software belong to their owners or are used with permission. Venues warrant that they may publish the images, marks and content they provide.

Bargain applies reasonable availability, security and continuity measures. It is not responsible for unavoidable outages or third-party services outside its control, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or legally non-excludable liabilities.
