Does submitting an application cost anything?
No. Submitting the application and the initial review are free. Any plan terms are shown clearly before activation.
What do I need to get started?
Enter your own venue details and confirm your account email. You can then prepare the menu and offers in a private dashboard. We’ll review your authority before publishing; to receive payments you’ll also need to complete Stripe.
How long does the review take?
You can enter your private dashboard after confirming your email and creating an account. Our team will separately review your authority to manage the venue before publishing it. If information is missing, we’ll tell you what to provide and through which channel.
Can I create different offer types?
Yes. You can configure percentage discounts, buy X get Y promotions and fixed-price bundles.
Can I control when an offer appears?
Yes. You can schedule start and end dates and times, pause an offer and control each product’s availability.
How do I receive payments?
Payments are processed with Stripe Connect and sent to the venue’s verified account according to the applicable setup.
