Venue partnership terms
Preliminary terms for participating owners and venues.
Last updated: 08/09/2026
1. Onboarding and authority
You may request a private dashboard using independently supplied business details and a verified account email, or through an invitation reviewed by the team. You must be authorised to represent the business and hold rights to the details, brands and images you submit. We do not import its Google listing. Email or phone verification proves access to that channel only, not business ownership or authority. Before publication, Bargain reviews the business relationship and dashboard requirements. Discrepancies may require more information or human review, which you can request from support.
2. Venue responsibilities
- Maintain applicable licences, insurance and tax, food-safety and food-information obligations.
- Ensure the availability, quality, prices, images, descriptions and conditions of published offers.
- Serve the customer, supply the reserved service and handle product or service complaints.
- Protect panel credentials and restrict their use to authorised staff.
3. Intermediation, fees and settlements
Bargain provides technology intermediation and is not the hospitality supplier. The platform fee will be the one shown in the accepted commercial proposal or schedule. Payment-provider costs are passed on only where clearly stated.
The preliminary assessment uses a reference Stripe cost of €0.25 + 1% and 14-day settlements. Both remain subject to the final commercial schedule and actual provider timing before becoming contractual.
4. Stripe Connect, KYC and reversals
Stripe may request identification, ownership and business information for KYC. The venue must keep it current and accepts that non-payment, chargebacks, refunds or holds will be handled under the final contract and Stripe rules.
5. Personal data
Each party is responsible for processing it performs as controller. A venue may use only the minimum reservation data to supply the service and handle issues, and must not reuse it for marketing without an independent legal basis.
6. Term and termination
Final terms will define duration, termination, breach suspension, pending reservations and financial effects. Until final review, this document describes the MVP operating framework and does not replace an individual commercial schedule.
