Delete your Bargain account
You can delete your customer account in the app or request deletion without signing in. Deletion disables access and removes data we no longer need.
In the app
- Open Profile and go to Settings.
- Select Account, then Delete account.
- Read the notice and confirm Delete permanently.
Without access to the app
Email us from the address associated with the account. To protect you, we may request minimal identity verification. Never send passwords, access codes or full card details.

- Credentials, sign-in identities, notification tokens, favourites, lists, profile image, location and marketing preferences are deleted.
- Bookings, payments, refunds and anti-fraud or accounting records may be retained in restricted form for applicable legal periods. They can no longer be used to access the account or for marketing.
- If bookings or payments are still pending, they must be resolved first so that usage, refund and traceability rights are not lost. Support will explain the next step.
